Welcome to RTI Lawyer, a part of Legal Light Consulting. We aim to provide high-quality services related to RTI applications and expert consultations. Our goal is full customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with our services, you can cancel and ask for a refund as per the rules below. We use simple terms to explain everything clearly.

Refund Policy for RTI Application Drafting

If you are not satisfied with our RTI application drafting services, you can cancel and request a refund. We will process your request within seven business days after deducting any applicable charges. No requests will be accepted after one business day from the start of the service, unless specified otherwise.

Refund Amounts Based on Application Status

Special Cases

• If the issue is not related to the RTI Act 2005 but you have already paid, tell us within one day. We will cancel the service and refund the amount after deducting 35% within seven business days. No requests will be accepted after five business days.
• If an application has been filed on our RTI portal, it cannot be canceled. However, your payment will be credited to your account and can be used for any other RTI application within one week from the payment date.

Refund Process

• We process refunds within seven business days.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, like your credit card or bank account.
• Banks or payment gateways may take extra time to show the refund in your account.
• Note: We have a 7-day refund policy, so it may take up to 7 days for the amount to appear in your account after we approve it.

Refund Policy for RTI Expert Call Consultation

All fees must be paid in advance before using any paid service. If you need to cancel a paid consultation, follow the rules below.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel a consultation that has not happened yet due to any reason, email us at rtilawyers@gmail.com.
• You must request cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• If we have already scheduled the call with the lawyer and started follow-up, and you cancel or decline, no refund will be given because the service was set up as requested.
• We will contact you within 7 business days. If the lawyer has not provided the consultation, we will refund your money within 15 business days, minus a 25% fee for online payment processing.
• The refund will go directly to the bank or credit card account used for payment.

Refund Policy

• If your consultation request is accepted but then canceled due to unexpected reasons, you can choose another consultation or get a full refund. The refund will be processed within 15 working days.
• If your card was overcharged by mistake, tell us right away. We will refund the extra amount within 15 working days.
• If you paid less than the actual fee by mistake, we will charge the remaining amount from your account and let you know.
• In most cases, refunds are only given as explained above. For special situations, our team will work with you to find a fair solution. The maximum refund cannot be more than what you paid for the service.
• No refunds for amounts paid directly to the lawyer.

Suspension Due to Non-Compliance

We try our best to give you good service, but we are not responsible if:

• You give wrong details like email, phone, username, or payment info.
• Payment fails due to low funds, fraud, or bank issues.
• Events beyond our control (like fire, flood, or outside interference) stop the service.
• You do not reply to requests for more information from the lawyers.
• You break any terms of this agreement or our website rules.

In these cases, any service guarantees are canceled.

Changes to This Policy

We can update or change this policy at any time. We will post the changes here, and they become part of our agreement. Please check this page from time to time. If you keep using our services, it means you agree to any changes.

We will cancel the service & refund the amount after the deduction of 25% charge within seven business days. No request will be entertained after one business day.

*Note: We have a 7-day refund policy. So once the request is made for cancellation it will take 7 days to credit the amount in the concerned party’s account.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, you have the option to cancel your services and request a refund. Our policy for cancellations and refunds is outlined below:

Cancellation Procedure

For cancellations, please contact us via email at rtilawyers@gmail.com.

If the issue is unrelated to the RTI Act 2005, but you have paid for the service, you must notify us within one day. We will cancel the service and refund the amount after deducting a 35% charge within seven business days. No requests will be entertained after five business days.

If an application has been filed on our RTI portal site, it cannot be cancelled. However, the payment made by the customer will be credited and can be utilized for any other RTI application within one year from the payment date.

Refund Process

Upon receiving a refund request, we will process it within seven business days as per the refund policy.

If payment was made by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Similarly, for payment gateway transactions, refunds will be made to the same account.

Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to process refund requests. If you have received confirmation from us regarding your refund request, be assured that we have initiated the process.

Changes to the Terms of use

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use at any time. We will post such changes to these Terms of Use, and these additional or revised terms will become part of the agreement.

Please check this Terms of Use document periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms of Use, including any changes or modifications made by rtilawyers.com as referenced above.

Rtilawyer.com Refund Policy for RTI Expert Call Consultation

Payment Policy All fee has to be paid upfront before availing of any paid service at rtilawyers.com.

Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation of any paid consultation for which payment has been successfully made, and the consultation has not been concluded due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s) we must be notified of the same in writing – by email at rtilawyers@gmail.com.

Please note that once our team schedules a consultation with the lawyer on your behalf and initiates follow-up communication to confirm the appointment, any decline or cancellation of the consultation request on your end will result in no consultation being provided. In such cases, no refund will be issued, as the consultation was arranged and scheduled as requested.

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your email. Cancellation can be requested no later than 24 hours before final delivery time / Appointment time.

Our team will contact you within 7 business days and in cases where the Lawyer has not delivered the booked consultation, we will return your money within 15 business days from the day the request for Cancellation was received.

Please note that there will be a nominal deduction (25%) in the amount refunded, payable towards online payment processing. The refund will be processed directly in your Bank / Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.

Refund Policy In the event your consultation request is accepted but post-payment due to unexpected and extenuating circumstances, your consultation request is rejected or cancelled; You will be given an option of opting for another consultation request OR will be offered a complete refund if you so desire. The refund will be credited to your account within 15 working days.

In case your credit card/debit card/payment account has been accidentally over-charged, please notify rtilawyers.com of the same at the earliest. rtilawyers.com will refund the outstanding amount to your Payment Account within 15 working days. In the reverse scenario, if the transaction amount during payment of the fee happens to be less than the actual fee amount, rtilawyers.com will debit the outstanding amount from your Payment Account and notify you of the same.

In the majority of cases, there is NO other situation under which rtilawyers.com will provide a refund, except for the condition expressly mentioned above under the Refund Policy. In exceptional circumstances, the rtilawyers.com team will work with you to reach a mutually acceptable solution. rtilawyers.com intends to be objective, fair and reasonable in resolving such situations in order to maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with consumers. The maximum refund amount claimable from rtilawyers.com cannot exceed the amount paid by the user at rtilawyers.com for availing the Lawyer’s service(s).

No refund in any case whatsoever can be claimed from rtilawyers.com for the amount paid to the Lawyer directly by the user.

SUSPENSION DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH AGREEMENT

Rtilaweyrs.com will make all possible efforts to provide you with the best services for your payment. However, Rtilaweyrs.com shall not incur any liability and shall declare any service guarantee void in the event of one or more of the following circumstances:

If you have not provided accurate details including contact information (user’s email and/or phone number), username and Payment account information.

If the transaction for payment doesn’t go through with your bank due to (including but not limited to) insufficient funds, fraudulent access, or failure of processing the request by our Affiliate merchants or your bank.

If circumstances beyond the control of rtilawyers.com (such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, or interference from external forces) prevent proper execution of the transaction.

If you don’t respond to requests for more information (if needed) by the Lawyers to make a consultation. We would intimate you the needful via email and/or phone and/or SMS and/or as a message in your Rtilaweyrs.com account.

If the user is in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and/or the Terms and Conditions of the usage of Rtilaweyrs.com.
